The Kindle Users Forum is a website and online discussion forum designed for people interested in Amazon's popular eReader, the Kindle. it was founded in September 2010 by Lou Wellman.

Role in Supporting Self-Published Authors

Although authors are permitted to post promotional material on KUF, its real benefit to self-published authors is the opportunity to collaborate with other authors. Many writers use KUF to bounce ideas off each other generally, or for more specific functions such as cover critiquing and A/B testing.

Members of KUF had their first group meeting in September 2015, and plan to make it a regular occurrence.

The forum has given rise to a number of anthologies including the Off the KUF series, Summer Shorts and Hearts and Arrows.
