and I can't get the book cover showing either (if that's obtained from Amazon, the broken link would explain that).

No. I published for the first time in Jan. I published the paperback a few weeks later, but that should not affect the kindle version, I think.

I was thinking of using my Kindle Unlimited 5 day deal around 14th Feb, to offer the book at £0.99. But before that, I need to get it set up properly so the Amazon links work.

When I've sorted out the cheap offer period with Amazon, do I request its conclusion in your daily emails via the Request a feature form?
