"Oh my!" I exclaimed, examining my skin further. My once smooth and milky flesh was now sprouting unsightly dark hair. My arms were beginning to resemble my father’s.

"Why so soon?" I wondered aloud.

Only yesterday I was twirling in my pink tutu, a matching ribbon in my curls. Now in the bathroom light, I could see the hideous stubby hair attempting to grow. I wasn't ready for the changes.

Stamping my size eleven foot in protest, I reached for the hair removal cream and hoped for the thousandth time that the Adam's apple removal cream was already in development.
