Prime Location

by Julie Vicky Sanford
Originally published by BookHippo.uk on 30/03/2018

How long had I been sitting here? Ten days? Ten weeks? Who knew. My bum had long ago lost feeling. The cold seeped into my bones. I dare not move, it was a prime location. Others would steal it given half the chance.

The battery on my phone had long ago died. I had taken to people-watching to pass time. They used to stop and speak, but that was before the smell got bad. I couldn't leave to use the toilet, this was a prime location, remember.

Soon my perseverance would pay off, the royal wedding only weeks away.
