Mason McQueen and the Gargoyle's Curse (Book 1) by Graham Batten

Mason McQueen and the Gargoyle's Curse
(Book 1)

by Graham Batten

Teenagers with superpowers — has the world gone mad? Short answer, yes! Mason McQueen should have died in that bus accident all those years ago but yet he still lives. Now 10 years later, the local weird girl develops a flair for teleporting, Mason acquires a most unusual roommate, and just where on earth have all the cats gone? One thing is for sure: the world is never going to be the same again.

Graham Batten

Living in a small Devonshire village documented in the Doomsday book Graham has been inspired by nature and his Gothic surroundings. After finding a gun buried in the bank of a stream in his grandparents back garden, he learnt from an early age, if you go beneath the surface nothing is ever quite what it seems.

Graham is a huge fan of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes series, everything Tolkien and Terry Pratchett’s Discworld.
